Our Vision
Reset provides a unique programme which incorporates a full spectrum of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Through our work our aim is to guide young men to overcome the fear in their lives and re-connect with their authentic self.
Our Values
At Reset we follow a very simple system of words that work with all philosophies and religions.
Ten Words — A Philosophy for Life.
Love is the antidote of fear
Love.
Love contains and binds us all. Let your heart be open to love yourself and give love freely to others.
Forgiveness.
Give forgiveness to those who have hurt, failed, or made you angry. Forgive yourself for the errors you have made.
We are all human.
Compassion.
Open your heart and be compassionate to yourself and others.
Gratitude.
Be mindful and grateful for everything you have.
Dignity.
Recognize the dignity and value of every human being — Including yourself.
Humility.
Remember you are no better or worse than others in this world.
Equanimity.
To be able to keep your peace, stability and balance in the middle of life’s storms.
Integrity.
In thoughts words and deeds. Use them to guide you, in everything you do.
Justice.
Acknowledge all your actions and obligations especially to the most vulnerable.
Kindness.
Kindness does not require suffering, only the recognition of another’s humanity.
