Reset Programme
Reset will offer a 6 week programme which will include:
01 — Activation
Body activation is a healing system, a performance system and a system that deals with every day stress.
Andrew taps into a system of reflexes throughout the body that wake your muscles up. Your muscles can then function at their maximum potential in strength, speed, endurance, power, endurance, coordination, agility and flexibility.
A person may see improved sports performance whilst training but also the system releases tight structures throughout the body that cause pain and dysfunction. Body activation system works on both the mind and the body thus optimising a person’s ability to stay mentally focused in times of stress. The system improves both physical and mental performance.
02 — Breathing
We at Reset encourage a form of coherent belly breathing. This is a calming practice that places the heart, lungs, and circulation into a state of coherence, where the systems of the body are working at peak efficiency.
03 — Counselling
A confidential, ethical and compassionate service based on what is best for you. Our Reset counsellor Phil is here to listen; then if, and when you feel comfortable, will work with you to try and find some answers or get some insight into what’s going on for you. Counselling gives you time and space to work through your problems, helps you to gain a different perspective on problems and issues and can help you regain wellbeing and balance in your life.
04 — Exercise
Both Charlotte and Tony offer a prescribed one to one personal training programme suitable for your specific needs and fitness levels. Whether new to exercise or experienced our personal trainers will support, encourage and help improve your physical and mental wellbeing. A wide variety of exercise techniques will be incorporated into your personal plans with Charlotte and Tony listening to your needs and setting achievable goals.
At Reset our exercise programmes focus on mind-body relationships and using exercise techniques to release trauma and stress held within the body.
05 — Massage Therapy
A massage therapy calms the nervous system, improves blood circulation, lymphatic circulation, relieves muscle pain and helps with pain management. Andrew combines sports, deep tissue and remedial massage incorporating myofascial release and trigger point therapy to get the results you are seeking which will aid your physical and mental wellbeing.
Regular massage brings relaxation to both body and mind, allowing our body systems to reset to their natural equilibrium.
07 — Meditation
Meditation is an intentional practice, where you use focus to increase calmness, concentration, awareness, and emotional balance. Seated meditation usually begins with deep breathing in a comfortable position, bringing all your awareness to your breath and consciously guiding the mind toward an anchor, or a single point of focus. In meditation, you typically spend a focused amount of time—anywhere from a minute to an hour or more—tuned inward.

Nutrition and dietary guidance will be provided for you to make small changes to improve your health and wellbeing.
Nutrition plays a huge part in providing our bodies with the correct minerals and vitamins and often through our busy lifestyles we don’t always get enough of the nutrients that help us perform at our optimum. Our Reset team will offer their support and guidance.
