Charlotte Forde
Charlotte always knew from a young age that she wanted to work in fitness, when she left college in 2005 she worked her way through many commercial and private gym roles eventually up to a management position in David Lloyd. Due to the nature of the job, she acquired quite a few sports injuries over the years which made her re-identify her goals and establish what else she could achieve in the industry, therefore in 2012 she decided to share her knowledge and educated newly qualified instructors working as a freelance fitness tutor.
Charlotte is truly passionate about helping people achieve their goals and aims to offer a high quality and standard of services. She has presented at fitness conventions across Europe and tutored fitness professionals Worldwide and still continues to teach classes at a presenter level working as a master trainer at events such as Fitness Fiesta and Fitcamps.
Charlotte prides herself on her desire to continue to learn and develop. That’s why in 2020 she qualified as a Golf Fitness Specialist and opened the only Golf specific fitness studio on the Wirral called Ellavate Fitness. “The spelling ELLAVATE is coincidentally because I do what I love to do for my daughters, Ella and Ava and I chose golf as this is my favourite sport.”
Elevate means to raise to a more important or impressive level (synonyms: promote, upgrade, improve, advance, move up, raise) all of which Charlotte has supported her clients to achieve during her 16 years experience in the fitness industry.
